    Q: I'm not sure I'm getting the correct postage amount on my mail?

    A: Calculate the postage on the USPS website and compare.  Make sure the correct rate and format is selected on your postage machine or scale.

    Q: I have blank lines through my imprint, but my cartridge isn't empty.

    A: Try cleaning the printhead/cartridge.

    Q: I printed the wrong amount of postage on a label / envelope. How can I receive a refund for this?

    A: Take the label / envelope to your nearest US Post Office to receive a refund. There is a 10% charge for this service.  USPS Form 3533

    Q: Postage on call customer service contact information.

    A: 1-800-636-7678, followed by prompt options 2, 4, and 1.
